Maricopa Mountain DWID offers a wide variety of convenient payment options for our customers. Simply choose the option that best suits your needs.

Payment By Mail

If paying by check or money order through the mail, please send all payments with your payment coupon and include your Account Number on your payment. To avoid late fees, please mail your payment at least five to seven business days before the past-due date specified on your bill. 

Payment Drop-Off Location

You may pay your bill at our office address by using the payment drop box. You may also pay in person, by appointment only, due to the Covid-19 Pandemic. We accept cash, check, or money orders. 

Payment By Debit/Credit Card

Payments can be processed using your debit or credit card by calling to pay over-the-phone; clicking the link through your emailed invoice; or by setting up an automatic recurring payment. We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express, and we do not charge extra fees to process your payments using any of these methods. To avoid late fees, please call or process your payment before the past-due date specified on your bill.

Note: The first week of the month is the busiest for phone payment processing, so leave a message if you get our voicemail and we will return your call at our first opportunity. If you leave a message before the past-due date, no Late Fee will be charged, even if we return your call after the past-due date.

Payment Through Financial Institution Online Bill Pay

Many financial institutions such as major banks offer their customers the ability to pay their bills via an online bill payment service (through your bank's website). Normally, these services debit the customer's checking or savings account to pay the bill. Depending on the financial institution, they may or may not charge a fee for the service. Payments may take up to seven to ten business days to be processed. To avoid a possible Late Fee, make sure your bank will be able to deliver the payment before the past-due date.  Please consult with your bank for more information.
